was playing the game as usual and looked at my parent civ on the civ screen...and appaternly the baron of my fort's parent civ is an elf....

I've had goblin drunks and so on being barons. It's normal. Civilisation in Dwarf Fortress is far more multi-species than people think, mostly because for a long time, you couldn't have a multi-species fort without modding. Even today, all other-species residents seem to require a period of residency before they claim citizenship in the fortress, even though they were citizens of the parent civilisation.

That is only acceptable if he declared war to the elves, if he didnt he deserves an 'accident'.

That is only acceptable if he declared war to the elves, if he didnt he deserves an 'accident'.
You'd have to wait a number of releases before you can go to the mountainhome to arrange unfortunate accidents.

Or just 'hire' an adventurer to do the job in the current version.
