Brutus seems to be winning by one vote, but I don't yet have a description for it's equivalent to the Vatican City/St. Peter's Basilica/Apostolic Palace, only its name.
Edit: Let's lock the current description in, but put the description up for another vote, shall we?
High Seat of the Ogre Papacy:
The High Seat of the Ogre Papacy is located on the sacred island of Igh Gh'rush (Non-Ogre Common: Ila Hiraesh), said to be the birthplace of the Ogres and their God. The island itself is entirely composed of the blackest basalt, through the ages artificially marbled with veins of pure gold. It once used to be a lush garden, but the entirety of Igh Gh'rush's surface, spare for its steep cliffs and sharp tops, is now taken up by the Papal Palace: Araghas' Palace (Non-Ogre Common: Palace of St. Arcassius). This gargantuan construction took centuries to complete. It is entirely made out of carved bone, held together by gold instead of cement. The Palace itself is shaped like Wrath's Clutched fist, if looked at from above, just like the island. On the larges mountain, the Central Palace is built. Then, on the other five smaller mountains of the island, the five sub-palaces (Pogh/Pollex, Idesh/Index, Tarughish/Tertius, Ana-Lhu/Analum, and Dughish/Digitulus) stand proudly - smaller, but not less beautiful. Whilst bones might sound barbaric, the structure is incredibly refined. Built by thousands of zealous demi-slaves, it is one of the architectural wonders of the world. Beautiful statues carved from bone decorate the entirety of the building, and the details are so plentiful no one is ever said to have seen them all. Whilst the sub-palaces are inhabited by Ogres of the five major clans (named after their respective sub-palace), the largest and central palace is only inhabited by the Ogre Pope, his staff, his guest and his chosen courtiers.
