Refuse Hauling - Need help

It's kind of strange and sometimes enraging.

My idiot dorfs refuse to haul bones/hoofs/hair out of a butcher shop. Even if I deconstruct the butcher they just leave it on the floor forever.
I have refuse hauling enabled and a refuse stockpile which accepts ALL refuse. Even if I disable ALL other labors except refuse hauling they still ignore it and hang out in the tavern. They - just - refuse to - haul - refuse (no pun intended). Categorically and resolutely.
I have tried *everything* and it's starting to get on my nerves now to have to deconstruct a butcher every 10 kills for clutter.

Please, someone, save me from this madness.

EDIT: My butcher is outside gorrammit. And they don't haul from outside I saw in gather options. Frakking DF driving me insane.

Using DF v0.43.03 with LNP 0.12A

You are vastly overestimating the effects of clutter. You can leave thousands of bones sitting in the shop and have little to no impact on production.
