Is it possible??? a multi-race CIV I wanted to make an ork (ORK NOT ORC) one with grot servants but I do not know how?

Yes, it's possible. You would use the caste system, similar to antmen.

They'll be able to interbreed, if that's a problem.

Yes, they would stay human. And then they might marry an elf and have a kobold baby.

They'd all collectively be the same species, technically. They wouldn't be able to marry just any elf, only one who is a variant of the same CREATURE. If you look at my Star Wars mod, you can see races that have been merged like this.
