A small mod, adds a draconian race. Can either breathe normal fire or spit slade.

CHANGELOG:
v1.2 Fixes bugs with blazesteel making.

v1.1 gives them access to a steel-grade metal. REDOWNLOAD ENTITY_DEFAULT TO MAKE THEM ACTUALLY USE IT, THEN REGEN THE WORLD
