They might have caged some dwarfs and started a dwarf farm. Apparently you can get leather and milk out of them and if they are uppity, chuck them in with the militia crocs for training.

Check your errorlog.txt - you've probably duplicated a creature raw.

Nothing i can play cave crocodiles in fortress mode but there considered livestock so the game immediately ends.

EDIT I fixed the mice raws I checked the error log and they are all still cave crocodiles.

EDIT2 I think my game is just screwed to hell i'm just starting over

When you get duplicated creature raws, your only choice is to fix the problem, delete the world, and start over.
