"Yes. Clarification is good. Game rules must be orderly."
Rol Dee Hundred supports Proposal 2.1. Rol Dee Hundred supports Proposal 1.1.2. Rol Dee Hundred still supports Proposal 1.5.4. Rol Dee Hundred still supports Proposal 1.6.1.
Proposal 2.2: Reproposals: By saying reproposal directly before a quote of a proposal proposed but not passed in a previous turn/tick (up to 5 ticks ago), the proposal in the quote will be proposed once again, still having its previous number, and may be supported using that number.
Proposal 2.3: The provision we will hopefully never need to invoke: A given Council Member may call Judgement onto another Council Member. If a Council Member does this, they cannot do it again for 50 Ticks. When Judgement has been called down upon another Council Member, all Council Members other than that Council Member must vote Execution, Punishment, or No Punishment. Abstaining from voting is treated as No Punishment. If a supermajority(two thirds of all Council Members, or higher) of Council Members vote Punishment, the Judged Council Member cannot do anything other than vote on Proposals(but not make new ones) for the next 7 Ticks. If every Council Member except the Judged votes Execution, the Judged Council Member is permanently killed. ((The player who has had their Council Member killed may join the game with a new Council Member submission after 3 Ticks have passed.))

Rol Dee Hundred invokes the adding a moderate change clause of Proposal 1.3 and adding a minor change clause of Proposal 1.2.
Via Proposal 1.3, a massive tower of tungsten and titanium arises on a continent. This tower has twenty floors. If a sentient mortal enters the tower, they may choose to climb up the floors, playing a different game decided by Rol Dee Hundred on each floor. The only way to go up a floor is to win the game at the floor below it. If a sentient mortal wins the game on the twentieth floor, they may speak to Rol Dee Hundred personally and ask a wish of him, though he may not grant this wish if it isn't possible or he doesn't want to grant it.
Via Proposal 1.2, the sun displays a random number from 1 to 100 on the side of it facing the planet every one hundred years.
