((As a blank are our memories still intact or are we blanked strictly in the ways stated in the OP? Also will turns always be fifteen minutes or will it vary? I'm trying to get an idea of how many actions I can post it one turn. Also also no detonation! :D))
-----------
Awakening from his stupor, the lime green tied man sits up from the hotel bed. He enters the bathroom and proceeds to strip himself of his clothing. With the aid of the mirror, the man attempts to locate any visible changes to his body that might indicate unwanted tampering. He then redresses into his black attire and begins searching the hotel room. He scours for anything that would out of place and takes note of any common place items such as a bible or phone book. Afterwards the man sits back on his bed. He tries to determine the caliber of his munitions.

((As a blank are our memories still intact or are we blanked strictly in the ways stated in the OP?

I hadn't thought of that, the idea was that your background didn't matter and you are fairy normal people being forced to gather a vast sum of money.
If i say that you all retain your memories then how long is it until one of you try to use there bank account or bring there boyfriend/wife/dog/ rest of there old command unit in to help?
But on the same hand this isn't amnesiac simulator.
Let stay that your friends and family are out of state and unaware.
And control wants to keep it that way.

Also will turns always be fifteen minutes or will it vary? I'm trying to get an idea of how many actions I can post it one turn. Also also no detonation! :D))

I'm now thinking of using 4 hour blocks unless actually doing something.

((Okay, will try to keep my actions more in tune. I think some mistake was made, the total expense is $220 for the drugs, you charged 5 people, Brown, Marron, Cyan, Fuchsia and Lime Green $55. That totals at $275. Think you didn't mean to charge Lime Green? If you did mean to, it would be $44 each.))

Afterwards the man sits back on his bed. He tries to determine the caliber of his munitions.

The man body is marked by a few of fresh medical scars, a thin white line down the centre of his chest, another one on his left clavicle.
He starts to feel the scars and there's definitely small hard object below the skin under his ear and some thing just after the wrist bones.

The room is empty you find a few dead bug bugs and an old takeaway menu but no listening devices.
A few minutes measuring the bullets leaves you with more question's then answers,
The bullets are definitely a true 13mm diameter and straight wall semi-rimmed case.

get his number and continue looking for prospective hits. Even if they're low value they should be fairly worthwhile regardless.

After a long hour of asking you finely get a hit, sure it was from a drunk man who said "Kill my blood wife will y'a?
That harrpy does nothing but nag nag nag all day long.
And i can't leave! Not with her brother the divorce lawyer he'd take every thing so she could buy more dammed shoes."

"Well, fuck. Let's go and do a small job on a local bank for more money. Afterwards we get a couple AKs, then we move on to some bigger banks."
"Yeah, you can go set that up if you want. I'm going to look into the area a bit, see what else turns up. Exchange numbers to keep in touch?"

Fuchsia pockets 12 of the Quaaludes. Then he returns to wherever they found this drug dealer, attempting to observe/follow him, on the lookout for any notable* persons or places. If possible he takes pictures of any such exchange.

(*Rich, vulnerable, or important looking clients, suppliers/stash location etc.)

3
By the time Fuchsia returen the dealer is long gone, so  truns to waching the M dealer instead.
He deals from the stair well of his large apartment building, so the four hours of boring of watching him revels little about the clients but you now almost certain the drugs are kept in the dealers apartment.

Day 1 10:00 AM

"Actual piece of cake."

Loiter around near Bank C and ambush the ATM maintenance guy while he's still in his vehicle.

Fuchsia attempts to follow the dealer back to his apartment the next time he goes there, if the dealer doesn't lock the door behind him on his way in then he enters and attempts to non-lethally subdue him.

Otherwise he attempts to attack the dealer when he next tries to leave, forcing his way into his apartment.

If that doesn't take up the allotted time and he succeeds, he ties up the dealer with whatever he can find, locks the door, and searches the apartment for drugs/money/other valuables.

Mr. Lime Green tries to find a hotel employee, preferentially one that seems to be in charge, and interrogates them on how he arrived here.

Let's see.  Well, if the other guy wasn't busy going after Bank C I'd just go after the ATMs myself, but...best to have multiple plans going if we're on this tight of a clock.

Hum de dum.

Let's look up information about Bank B.  Operations manuals, department names, anything that could give an idea of its internal structure and operating procedures.  Look up related branches as well.  Try and get a picture of what goes on where, and what is done by whom.

Miss Cyan will start carefully asking around for easy prospective hits. Nothing too difficult yet. Make sure to look only for jobs in the poor parts of the city for now.
