The hydroponics bay is calibrated to generate  Vegetables which contain a total of 13.33% iron by volume and are strangly high in electrolytes, this is mostly because of a small snag form installing the engine which caused it to require potato shaped metal objects being inserted in one end relatively often.

The ship infirmary reports usually 2-3 people per week coming in from poisoning related to this.

You should really look to the wilderness for your stealth ideas, it has been doing it much longer than you have after all. Take squids for example, that ink trick works pretty well, and in water too! So you just sneak into the dam upsteam, dump several megatons of distressed squid into it, then break the dam. Boom, you suddenly have enough water-proof stealth for a whole city!

The life support has a minor malfunction which causes all the air to smell like the inside of a bakery, though no one is entirely sure what the malfunction is despite numerous theories.

Several of the AI slaved to the weapons system have a conviction that tomatoes create efficiency.

Sometimes, a glitch occurs which will cause the AI to change their accent. The crew has formed a betting pool around what accent will be net and when the accent will swap, not realizing that the various AI will occasionally change their accent on purpose for spending money- they have learned to be quite sneaky and clandestine about their betting, and have several fake identities registered on the crew roster.
