Slowly manifesting curses.

Once curses get changed it will be interesting to see curses that don't seem do much at first but slowly turn the person into a monster. Like small patches of scales spreading through out the body.

Slow transformations are tricky from a technical standpoint; though solutions have been presented they would require a complete rework of how the game handles body structure.

I would like to see other curse effects, like stat modifiers, be able to take effect gradually, the way poisons do.

It may be tricky, but gradual changes to the body due to magic use are part of what's been shown of mythgen (and gradually changing into a tree is a major part of one of Threetoe's stories) so no reason to think slowly manifesting curses are impossible.
