I want to play through a certain princess making game, however I have no idea how to take screenshots.

Otherwise, if it has a Steamoverlay, whatever button you picked there (f12)

The "print" button will always screenshot your screen. You can copy paste it over any image in basically any editor (including paint)...

Also, Alt+PrintScreen will copy the currently active window(not the entire display) to the clipboard, to be pasted into whatever image program you wish.

Another method is to hit alt+printscreen then you can control+v on a word document to paste the screenshot on there. This can be useful for a screenshot lp as it would help you sort the format out, tehn you can just find an image host somewhere for the images. If you wanna do things this way you more or less need to be careful since your images will only be on the word doc.

But yeah, taking screenshots is the easy bit, processing them might be a tad more difficult.
