There is this thing with Dwarf The Rapist that it crashes when i try to read dwarves. Is there any way to circumvent it?

I assume this is a version of DT that comes with MDF, yes? Is it able to connect to DF successfully before you try to read dwarves? What OS/version and DF version are you using? (I assume it's 0.43.03, since that's what the current version of MDF is based on.)

I have windows 8.1, and i am indeed using the DT that comes with latest version of masterwork 1.23. It can connect before reading, only when i press read does it close.

I SOLVED IT! What happened is that i previously set df.exe to run as administrator, so when i tried to read the dwarves DTherapist didnt have enough privilege so it crashed upon doing so. When i unchecked "Run as Administrator" from df.exe properties and loaded a save DT could read my dwarves. Thank you for the link to the DT thread, it gave me a little food for thought . Awesome mod and Awesome community here. Keep it up!
