Items in wheelbarrow?

For some reason, there are multiple items in wheelbarrows and dorfs don't unload them like they should.
Anybody knows why?

I believe this often happens if a dwarf pushing a wheelbarrow is interrupted or otherwise cancels the job while the wheelbarrow is loaded.

You'll have to go into the wheelbarrow and manually dump each of the items in it to get them out.

Wheelbarrow accumulation is a known bug.
