thanks man.  I tried to make it as great as possible. This was my first (real) fort after doing about a dozen test fortresses.
First time sharing a story as well.  I may make a reclaim.

Ok guys.  Today a new dikepast thread WILL DROP!!!!! I just want to know, adventurer or reclaim.  If no one replies to this by 3:30 eastern time, I will choose adventurer.  A new thread will drop and a link will be sent here.  Once our adventurer story is completed, i will send a reclaim and i am accepting dorfs.  get ready...

Heres a map of the world.  I think dikepast is in that dark bottom area of the yellow continent.  I know the coord is 82, 81 though.
Not that that would help you.  So the conflict in dikepast was called the squeezing war and lasted a whole season.  It says historians know very little about the conflict.  Ok guys, get ready for an ADVENTURER!!!!! i will try to get as much information on the world as possible.
Aparrently the population of dikepast now is just a few cave creatures and the tower that attacked me has like 10 zambies in it.
The war is called the squeezing war and it says it is still ongoing on the day of dikepast's demise. 
I will try to get as much info as possible on this as an adventurer.  That is about all I can find.  I will try to upload today.
