FUCK!  >:(
I decided to try using Soundsense, and it deleted my Dwarf fortress. What. The. Fuck.
Sorry guys, I am afraid this can't continue,  :'( (fuck soundsense.) BUT, it does give me the opportunity to do a challange fortress I have wanted to do for quite a while now, and maybe try out different ways of writing. So, BIG LOSE  :( , Small win?  ???

Sucks about df poofing. Could perhaps use CCleaner to try to get back. My own experiences have been limited to pyLNP erasing my embark profiles.

Though...I must say, the story with demons - and the hints of future - were at least a bit entertaining. It not being the end is neat teaser. Thanks for posting this, it was nice to read.
