Does this mean that our dwarves will stop fleeing everytime a raccoon across the map and up a 20 z-level cliff gives them an angry look?

I don't think it worked. The first thing I ran into in AM was a crazy maniac killer horse.

But it's so funny watching peasants get into fights with mountain goats! I know dwarves are tough, but man, exploding a goat into gore with your fist is just plain elite.

on my very first fort in this version, 1 dwarf got killed by raccoons. I've never found out how, with no raccoon showing up in the unit screen.

Raccoons tend to show up, steal something and run off the map much like kobold thieves. One of your dwarves probably got in the way and was the victim of a vicious raccoon mauling.

It's for the unreleased version.

This is from the latest dev notes; it's not in the current patch.

This is a fox skull helmet. All craftsdwarfship is of the highest quality. It menaces with spikes of fox bone and is encircled with bands of fox leather. This item is haunted by the ghost of Alfador Angrorung the fox.
