I, Lacie Garian hereby declare my intent to attend Twilight Academy. I swear upon my life to speak not a word of it to any person, being, or spirit not of the Academy, and to uphold its laws and tenants to the best of my ability. Short Self-Description (For Identification Purposes):
Lacie stands at around 5’3”, just below average height for someone her age. Her red hair is long and cut down to below her shoulders, her eyes are a bright sapphire that gleam in the dark. She has a slim form but has hints of visible muscle across her body. Her body is unmarred and free of any visible scars.


Usually Lacie wears dresses and other typically feminine clothing, a permanent feature of her appearance is a golden necklace that she almost always wears. Usually on her hands she wears a pair of silk gloves.
Short History (For Records):
Lacie grew up in a rather unremarkable family, normal on almost every level. Apart from her powers that is, she discovered them at an early age and while at first she was shocked by them she quickly came to be fascinated by them. There was just one small problem, they were very difficult to control. It wasn’t so bad to begin with but as her powers grew it became a problem, the realisation point was when she accidently hurt a friend with it. She was horrified and her parents stepped in.


It took a while but they eventually found an old sorcerer who had dealt with such things before. She gave the family a golden necklace that would limit and help her control her powers, to help her until she learned to fully control it. They thanked him and went back to their ordinary lives. Her interest in magic did not fade however and when she was old enough she applied to Twilight Academy to help her control her magic faster.

Short History (For Records):She was once part of a family and then the fire happened. She grew up from the age of 10 in the home of her neighbor who taught her all the things she knows about healing magic. Since he taught her healing magic she has studied and commited herself to being at a magic school.

Applicant's Name: Cynthia Marsh
Age: 16
Power:  Cynthia is both blessed and cursed with the power of biomanipulation. She is able to control her very biological structure to suit her needs, from increasing muscle mass or density to causing herself to grow a bony carapace. Unfortunately she has several issues with this: First, she hasn't developed the ability to shut off her pain receptors and is generally reduced to a shivering wreck whenever she does something major, secondly, wounds her transformations inflict on her usually stay unless she seals them (imperfectly) or they heal naturally, and thirdly she is prone to debilitating seizures during which the ability spirals out of control, altering her drastically, unwillingly, and excruciatingly painfully (although she usually returns to normal afterwards).
Specialty: Combat
Short Self-Description (For Identification Purposes):  Cynthia is very tall for her age, although she she could probably become smaller. Her hair is grayish, almost white, and her eyes hazel.  Very little of her isn't covered in scars of some sort, be they large or small, gained from usage of her ability and little knowledge on healing the resulting wounds. Her face is spared quite so much damage, but the effect is evident merely from the sight of her.
Cynthia can be rather bitter at times, and her usual demeanour is brusque and unapproachable.
She has a passion for the fine arts, and is also very curious as to her own power, experimenting with it in her spare time, consequences be damned.
Short History (For Records): Cynthia cannot remember anything whatsoever from the first eight years of her life. Past then, she was raised by various sets of foster parents - all of whom were in the know as to her abilities, and none of whom would tell her anything about herself. After many, many years of this she was suddenly shunted off to Twilight Academy.
