1. Try asking in the "Utilities and 3rd Party Applications" forum.
2. It will be out when it's available; I suspect the delay might be related to DFHack not yet being available, though Therapist uses its own means of accessing the game's memory (though there does exist a DFHack script which can generate Therapist's memory layout .INI files).
