Using the way these statistics are handled this means that

80% of people believe the Liberals are literal Vampires.

I prefer "According to a recent poll, 100% of republicans think that some democrats are literally vampires". See, odds are at least one person who voted is republican and of course there is no option for 0.

They did this poll before and basically put a ridiculous claim onto it. Yet some people put 2 maybe 3... The key is that people see the 1-5 in different ways.

Basically 2-5 is taken as agreement with the claim.
