I recall that it used to be case that if a creature dropped onto another creature, the first would be completely fine no matter the height of fall.

Really, what's surprising is that chief medical lived. And heh on Zasit.

That was absolutely faaaabulous...

That tree must've been revolted by the hideous display of naked greed on the d0rf's part and taken them hostage.

That vomit trail is just marvellous. Marvellous. It reminds me of one of those scent trails ants leave outside their nests. Hmm... Perhaps the cave adaptation/vomit cascade is a natural evolution? A way for drunk, blinded and frightened d0rfs to find their way back home to the hive while repulsing enemies? Or maybe it's a natural defoliant, I imagine it's quite acidic.

Verily, lord Armok hath blessed and equipped His favourite children well...

Yeah, it really was the vomit streak that pushed me over the edge to creating the Imgur story and posting it here.

Also Zasit's perfectly-timed petition was excellent - the story couldn't have been written better.  I'm thinking that he was probably so close to the mayor because he was actually in the process of petitioning when the rage took over.
