On topic, I wouldn't refund NMS, because I like to find out all the things wrong with a game before spending $60 on it. If I'm ever going to buy NMS, it'll be with acceptance of it's flaws.

I don't really see how a sandbox/exploration game was ever going to appeal to super hardcore gamers looking for a challenge anyway?

Survival elements, they were promised, also factions and other stuff. I belive people expected something akin to Star Citizen but more Minecraft/Spore or something.
