DF Companion Help

I'm having trouble installing DF companion. I've got the python libraries and the runtime environment installed but the program tells me I need some DLLs. I downloaded the DLLs from another website but now it tells me the entry point on the libglib dll is invalid. Anyone else experience this problem?

I had the same problem. I just deleted everything and reinstalled DC. It worked that time.

The first time I think I did some step out of order or chose not to install some optional file. The second time I followed it to a T and it worked.

Which Python version did you use? 2.5 or 2.4?

Have you tried PMing bartavelle?
I'm messaging him about a different problem on my other computer's copy of the program.

Huh. I installed the companion inside the GTK folder and it worked perfectly... So if anyone has this similar problem, like DLLs not being associated or linked properly (for some reason or another) try putting all the files in the "companion" folder into the installation directory of GTK

Anytime, though it seems I didn't do much.

Now I have to figure out how to get my units to appear in DC. Or anything. At all. Even the other windows.
