What are its powers? Does it web? Is its blood poisonous? It might be very dangerous to have around if it for instance gets in a tavern brawl and starts emitting dangerous dust or something.

One of the dwarfs walked in front of Thor to get a better view of the prye, and Thor kicked him irritably into the middle of the flames, which made Thor feel slightly better and made all the dwarfs feel much worse.

Well this is cool!

The Queen who chains beasts of the deep! This should be a rarity in worldgen.

Its in an enclosed animal pen, nothing can get in, nothing can get out.  Don't want to risk it getting loose, might eventually put some fortifications in to farm web though.

Can you assign it to a hunter or military dwarf as pet to follow in combat?  ( I suggest training it if you do. )

That's freaking awesome. What is it that makes historicals tame like that in worldgen?

Edit: That is to say, what makes them travel into the depths of the world and tame things there?

You need to find the most exotic animal pet you can, and then breed a war party of them. Have a beastmaster as your only guardian, wrapped in adamantium with a platinum war hammer that is backed by savage giant beasts from around the world.

Could be he destroyed most of the fort, but missed some citizens, so it stayed aligned to your civ. Then, he settled there and it treated him like an immigrating creature - and tamed him.
Or, of course, it could be that he ran off underground again and the magic-queen tamed him. But I'm betting on the former, the glitch.

Opened this up in world viewer and seeing the exact dates of these events makes it look pretty strange. The forgotten beast moves to Roarcastles in 20/2/214 and becomes part of the Silver of Hair, the site he destroyed Indigowhip has an expedition mounted to reclaim it in the same general span of time, but that happens two days after he moves to Roarcastles. Other than it being some kind of glitch in how the game handles the population of reclaimed sites I'd be at a loss to explain it.

Also the Silver of Hair is extremely ha'ak to be resettling Indigowhip with humies. Not a single dwarf to be seen.
