I find that having a FB (made of steel) as a local pet is quite cool. You should build a drawbridge on top of this room, and send your unwanted dwarves in this. It will make it happy !

You can  just leave it. If its surrounded by natural/constructed walls/floors, it will stay there. If you wantd to cave it in, mind cave ins can punch through floors

but wouldn't it be better to cage it? then you can build a temple to it. then have a ritual were dwarves have to run past him to prove their innocence. may Inrus grant them passage!

 That sounds like a cool idea I shall watch as they bow down to the GOD that has destroyed them!!
