Assign room menu filter

In the assign bed/table/etc. option in the set building tasks/prefs menu there should be a keypress that cycles through 3 options: show all, show unassigned (green colored names) and show assigned (tan names).
It would be an easyer way to find dwarves who already have that room assigned to them or have none assigned to them.
