What if there were a second thread? Or, if that's against a rule or something, previous overseers could post their progress in a spoiler, and future players would just have to stop themselves from opening said spoiler.
Might be missing something important. If not, hope this suggestion is useful.
I'd be up for that, only being allowed to look at it once you've taken your turn.

The problem with that is overseers could just look in anyway, and we if we're going to do the whole obfuscated fortress thing we might as well go all the way.

I agree that the peeking would be a problem, how about only talking about things that happened 2 whole sessions before hand (Ex. if you are on your third session you can only talk about session 1) That way all of us have (probably) some knowledge about it.

It's better if there isn't much talk before this is done. Some such policy could be made for a more long-term fort without a limited number of players, though.
