The year is 1884, and the Le Congrès De l'Afrique Colonizadora, or The Congress of Colonizing Africa has taken place in Paris. 5 Eurasian nations have begun colonizing Africa/ The Middle East. Will you be the next great empire?
Disclaimer: Yes I know that African Empires was just made. This has almost nothing to do with it.

Turns represent 3 months, and you can do 3 directives (Similar to crisis committees in Model UN, if you have done that) per turn. During war time, you can do 5 directives. Directives include things like expelling certain people and 5 year plans.

Once created, I will explain it. Essentially like a European Union or African Union. Created when 5/8 countries agree to create.
