So, I had a bloody massacre, lost maybe a hundred dwarves at once. I finally got them all in coffins, and I think I'd like to engrave slabs for posterity.

But between looking through the *random* list of dead dwarves in the "engrave" menu, and the *differently random* list of dwarves in the room list indicating where to find a particular dwarf, it's feeling rather masochistic.

Could there be a way to organize these lists so there's some organization to them?

List sorting is very often suggested.

It's also something DFHack provides.

I've been thinking I should download that one of these days, especially if it's stable enough to use on .06, and before the next update comes out.
