When you do get it working, be sure to put some appropriate era games on it!

I've got Diablo and Warcraft II (both Battle.net editions), and Command and Conquer - Red Alert 2 on mine. With the addition of an old PCMCIA WiFi card, I can even play them online :)



As others are saying, I would definitely check the boot order settings in the bios, and make sure it has the hard-disk first.
