You can take de Villaret, the Grandmaster of the Kingths Hospitaller. A mostly minor role, but all the other ones are taken. Frankly, you will have the hardest task. Are you interested?

The pope enters the audience hall, at his side various Cardinals and of course the ever-present Papal Guard.

Stopping halfway across the room he stops, waiting for the King to rise and greet the Pontifex Maximus.

The grandmaster watches the Pontifex ride away, and softly curses under his breath. He leads his retinue back to their temporary quarters, a solemn look on his face.

The king rises silently plastering on a smile and giving a bow.
Hello I'm happy to see you've both arrived.

King Edward sits in his throne room, with nobody except the guards to keep him company. Dear god, he thought, I don't know if I'm cut out for this kingly business. Too late now... If I were to abdicate, England would become the laughing stock of all Europe! Hiding his inner dejection, he calls in some of his advisors, including his close friend Lord Despenser and asks them about the current happenings in England and France, any rebellions, the state of the economy, who owns what lands, etc.

The pope wears a benign smile on his face, stretching out his beringed hand, to be kissed as is customary for high christian clergy and in extension especially the pope.

"My dear son, it is an honor to have been invited to your humble abode, i thank you for your hospitality."

"Thank you my son, but Gods Grace is all i need for the nonce.

Well then once the Grandmaster of the Hospitallers and the Templars have arrived we can hopefully bring this matter to a rest."

The pope sits in awkward silence, sipping on a mug of beer waiting for the rest of the important Grandmasters and other Participants of this meeting to arrive.

The king of France idly converses with a female servant they talk mainly about the weather and other such pleasentrys well...Until the servant asks for courtship advice and the king is left speechless.
