So I was thinking about making a drunk adventurer who just lives in the tavern, always gets drunk and HATES wasting anything. So much so that if he sees spills, he licks them clean. If he sees drops of stuff on your shirt, he will lick it clean.

But I was thinking about the interface. I don't think I can lick something that isn't in my inventory. But I can steal from people by wrestling the item away from them. Which made me wonder: Can I wrestle drops of liquid off a guy so I can drink it? I can just imagine, since it's technically considered combat, the dude would be dodging and punching me and stuff while I am just trying to brush off his clothes, making it even funnier when you realize it's a drunk dude trying to slurp beer off another man's beard.

This is uhh, total insanity. And god damn why did I not think of it earlier.

But to answer your question, it's not really possible. You can grab someone's shirt, but AFAIK even if they have drops of stuff on it you won't be able to lick the individual bits off.

I'm pretty sure you can, just grab someone's shirt, gain possession of it, and (e)at the splatter/spill of booze off it. Not sure if you can lick it without taking it, but you can try if you haven't already.
