In my current fortress, the mother civilization is collapsing (barely alive), so I want all dwarves to breed. Will pasting
      [ORIENTATION:MALE:0:100:100]
      [ORIENTATION:FEMALE:100:0:0] in the female dwarf and

      [ORIENTATION:MALE:100:0:0]
      [ORIENTATION:FEMALE:0:100:100] in the male dwarf areas make all of them interested in breeding? Thanks!

You're going to want a just 100 in the last column, not the second one, the second one is exactly what you don't want. I don't think this will apply to already existing dwarves, but it should apply to the majority of dwarves that migrate to your fortress that are just generated out of nowhere.

I think also turning up their ROMANCE personality will help with this.  Or one of those personalities, I forget which.
