Grab my parcel, head to the car rental place and rent the car. Pick up the other dude, and drive around looking for a sleazy motel.
Do we know what the targets look like, or any information about them other than what we've already been given?

Stick with Rocketfingers. Try to compile a dossier of any information we have on our target, and his target, from our client.

Your Target's Target Ming Tai lives a dense inner-city lower-class urban area called the Baizhifang residential district.

We have marked out his home on the map with a big red dot:

You have limited information on the mob hitman, it turns out he's a fairly new guy. Ah Long is also an Alias and a very common name (it means dragon) shared by tens of thousands of chinese males.

Meanwhile, rocketfingers picks up your parcel of "precision machine parts". And gets a rental car.

Head over to Ming Tai's house after putting the fake plates onto the rental car. Discuss plans on the way.
"Alright, here's my thinking on all this. If our employer can figure out where this guy is, chances are the Chinese government won't have any problem figuring it out. So what I'm thinking is we go in, convince the dude to come with us, I load up his house with 25 pounds of C4, and when the hitter comes a knocking the house comes down on his head. Of course, we should take care not to inform Ming of what we're doing, and we have to be doubly sure we aren't seen leaving."
