There was an official server back when I posted the link; even with 200 ping it seemed smooth enough. No idea when the next server will be up, or even the next build of the game

It had the same stuttering problem all of his multiplayer games had had from my experience. Not sure what's up with that. Every second or so the game seems to freeze or lag for a moment.
