Military Screen glitch

Hey guys, started a new fortress tonight and set up my first melee squad.  No issue, business as usual.  I got a migrant wave so I created a couple of crossbowmen and started digging out an archery range for them to train.  Hit m to open the military screen...and instead of the normal screen I see this....

What the heck is this and how do I get rid of it?  Hitting ESC goes back into the game itself...it does not just back out of this screen.

What version DF is this? Are you using DFhack? Could be that 'm' has curiously been assigned to some Dfhack function. Previously happened because 'ctrl' or maybe 'alt' got stuck (you're pressing 'm' but DFhack is reading it as 'ctrl-m').

 It's the latest 42.05 I believe is the number. I am using lazy newb pack which does have DF hack. I had already created one military squad using the m key however so this is a glitch within the same game.

Caps lock?
Or you can hit your control, alt or shift buttons to see if any of them get stuck.

If it's the dfhack 'alt gets stuck' bug again (which was supposedly fixed quite a while ago) it would probably happen the first time you press it. Did you do anything else in between the first and second time you opened the military screen?

Also someone familiar with Dfhack, please let us know what screen this is and what the shortcut should be.

Having never seen the screen before, I played around to try to bring it up, and it appears with alt-m, thus, that "alt gets stuck" guess sounds plausible.

I think you could make it go away last time just by tapping alt again. Just remember to do that every time you make a slab or something.

iirc, when you alt-tab to another window / desktop and go back to DF is when the alt is stuck issue seems to happen. 
pressing the alt key a few times seems to fix the issue

Thanks gang.  It was corrected when I started the game up today but I'll keep that Alt issue in mind in the future.
