Yep. Quicktopic. Definitely. There are probably other options you can find, but quicktopic is free, anonymous... it even has no limits on the number of topics you can make.

Do note that if you're planning to run a mafia game, it might be a good idea to play a mafia game(or two) on Bay 12 first.

I sort of am. I made a game about Pandemic and I did get some feedback it resembled mafia. I am in no way trying to simulate Bay 12's approach as I have finished the design of the game and it is now open. Link: www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=156737.0
