He's suggesting an interaction in which we can put an item we have in an external container. (At least that's what I understood).
eg. Put your jacked in the wardrobe. Similar to how dwarves store their owned goods in Fortress mode.

I didn't realise that this wasn't in adventure mode, so I guess it'll be needed when eventually we'll be able to make our own furniture.
