The problem is that the green cursor in game isn't focused on my mouse. It's like it has a fixed offset from my mouse so I can only move the camera left by right clicking. I didn't have this problem in the previous version of the Starter Pack. I'm using PeridexisErrant's Starter Pack 0.43.05-r05 now. How to fix this?

This is a TWBT issue, which has been explained countless times in the thread for your pack. Your best bet is to upgrade your pack.

It seems that r07 may have the issue again, going by a recent report or two in that thread. r06 did not have the issue, supposedly, but PyLNP in that version was completely broken.

Anyway, there are instructions in the last couple pages of that thread about how to fix the issue yourself.
