So,how do you heal as werebeast?

I finally turned into werebeast so i could heal my crippled arm and leg but suddenly my own pikemen attacked me who i killed,but the boogeyman attacked me right away.I can fight now only with right leg.How/When do i heal?

You would heal every full moon. I believe the dates of the moon are on the wiki, and they're always the same.
