Best way to train Discipline?

Individual combat training, danger rooms, etc? Which will raise Discipline the best?

From what I've seen, individual training sessions raise it pretty quickly. I have not seen any need for danger rooms in this update. Training really got some proper love this update.

Danger room alone doesn't train discipline.
