Hm...i'd say encase him in a black metal suit, with a black cape and tell all your dwarves to pretend to be choking to death when he waves to them, and call it a done day.

Solution: Water Cannon Ejection System ( Off World Dumping )

Or a Geyser System, which launches people into air, and then you switch it off, which unlocks a htach to release the water off the world, while he falls to his doom, as his remains are flushed away.

Jesus christ.... you all are f***ed.... either way, I was thinking of the whole tomb made out of soap thing, but I have to wait until my kitty population gets bigger.  :P
