Sadly, I don't think you can. If they are enough angels milling around the site - that's pretty much that. You could kill off the angels with DFhack I guess, but that kinda defeats the purpose.

Let the Fun out. If they can't kill you they kill your FPS.

You need to capture the leader and two of his guards and seal them in a highly overcomplicated vault deep beneath your fort.

It is the best solution to any dangerous creature problem.
