Also remember: if you can't actually walk right up to the angels, it's because they're made of fire and probably explosive.

Best bet in that case? Spit on them or drop water(or blood if you carry vampire blood for some reason) on the ground then huck it at them and laugh and laugh.

Does spitting hurt fire creatures, I thought spitting was used as an insult or respect if your on a desert planet

I raided a vault as a necro and my minions did a good job at murdering everything, as long as I bring enough (and reanimate some of the angels). Except, the "boss" at the vault seemed so big and skilled that he's unhurtable for the zombies. Also, the zombies tended to get lost on their way, trying to follow me room to room, so I didn't have too much left by the time I reached the boss.

In the end, I had to kill the boss myself, which was risky. My sword skill was less than master, probably professional level. And I remember being a legendary knapper.

And the vault was a real pain in the ass to navigate, with its chaotic room and floor structure, moving upstairs and downstairs, hitting dead ends and stuff.
