Apologies for doublepost, but I'd like to point out that the My Immortal linked to in the OP doesn't feature chapters 36-44 or the notorious Fix Fic Within a Fic of "Troll 39", in which Enoby dies, canon fixes itself, and Enoby discovers that her personal hell is being stuck wearing Hollister and American Eagle clothes for eternity.

EDIT: Also, might I recommend Peter's Revelation? It combines Foxtrot (yes, that Foxtrot) and Lovecraft's work to redefine "random events plot".

Phoenix Wright, now named Phoenix White, becomes the CEO of BlueCorp and renames it WhiteCorp. He then resurrects Mia WITH SCIENCE, but she trips over a table, falls out a window, hits a fire hydrant, and gets run over by an ambulance. Phoenix is blamed for this, and he goes to court over it (inexplicably against three different prosecutors at once, although only two of them talk at all during the trial.) They then spout random insane troll logic and break "witnesses" from the second game out of jail, but they all quickly die due to their own stupidity (including Matt Engarde cutting his head in two with an "aluminum nickel" katana, causing nickels to fly out of his head.) Franziska von Karma then uses yet more insane troll logic (which Phoenix inexplicably agrees with) to win the case. The courtroom then explodes into bees and everybody dies when they get sucked "into Phoenix's head". In the afterlife, Mia tells him that everything was in his head, and he had actually been a mouse that was caught by Redd White's cat.

Necroing to recommend some stuff I've gathered in my travels:
DOOM: Repercussions of Evil: Doom fanfic. The classic horrific oneshot. John Stalvern, the space marine for 14 years, fights demons at "Cernel Joson"'s command.
Half-Life: Full Life Consequences: Half-Life fanfic. John Freeman, Gordon Freeman's brother, uses his "wepon" and backflipping rocket motorcycle to fight memorable adversaries, such as the Zombie Goasts and Headcrab Zombie Police Officer. Brings us the immortal exchange of

"I cant give you my lisense officer" John Freeman said
"Why not?" said the headcrab oficer back to John Freeman.
"Because you are headcrab zombie" so John Freeman shot the oficer in the head and drove off thinking "my brother is in trouble here" and went faster.

Quest for the Holey Grail: Crossover between King Arthur, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, World of Warcraft, and Indiana Jones. In Furtuka's words:

Instead of being written by an insane teenager it reads like a story written by a elementary schooler with exquisite taste in fiction

Notable for making up for more low-key humor and strangeness by having a surprisingly coherent plot.
Light and Dark The Adventures of Dark Yagami: Death Note fanfic. Dark Yagami, Light's Marty Stu twin brother who was raised at "Watari House" to be L's successor comes to America (where Light lives now, apparently) and does wacky shit with his uber-death note that lets you kill people whose names and faces you don't know. Soichiro is a psychotic maniac who uses "f-ck" instead of commas; L is a nutcase who has gay sex with Light, eats a remote control, and considers a guy dancing around the scene of a car explosion with a death note "a coinsidense" that "happens all the time". Similar to My Immortal, except instead of being "dark and goffik" it's full of crazy awesome moments like Soichiro having a "police gun" that shoots tanks and battleships or Dark driving into a tanker truck full of nuclear bombs and surviving.
Goku/Anne Frank: Until the End of Time: Crossover between Dragon Ball and real life. Link is to a repost of the original story on Topless Robot. More of a crack fic than badfic, but deserves mention for having Super Saiyan Hitler.
Goffik Blood: My Immortal fanfic. Blatant troll fic but deserves mention for being completely and utterly bizarre. Yes, that's in comparison to My Immortal. Warning: contains consensual rape, Stanic sacrifice, and skirts with the power to destroy things.
Forbiden Fruit: The Tempation of Edward Cullen: Twilight fanfic. "Atlantiana Rebekah Loren", or "Tiaa", moves to "Forks, Washington", where she encounters "the hawt pale guy" Ewdard Cullen, considers people who stare at her for walking around school in what's almost just her underwear "shallow", and is abused by one "Uncle Larry". Link is to a repost on FF.net, but I personally recommend Manwithoutabody's dramatic reading, in which he delivers the line ["Stop raping me!"] in the most offhanded, casual way possible, which is consistent with its treatment throughout the story.
Sherlock Season 4-7: Starts off as Sherlock fanfiction but later becomes a crossover with Batman, Pokémon, Final Fantasy VII, and real life. "Sherlcok Homles" and "Waston" fight "Morarty" and the Joker, team up with "Dvaid Cameroon", and drive around in a rocket car. The fanfic later veers off into incredibly strange territory as Sherlock and Watson work with Cloud Strife and Morgan Freeman to fight cowboys, Armenians, "Mao Zednog", "Kim Jong-On", Clone Hitler, Sephiroth, and Mitt Romney. Includes bonus prologue chapter where Sherlock fights Morarty with a Pikachu over his girlfried. (I also recommend the author's other works, particularly Damon Gant Escaps from Prisoooooooon.)
Oh, and whatever the hell this is supposed to be.
