I forgot to screen grab it.. But it would have been the time a mummy BIT several of my teeth out.

So that's what's been happening? I still occasionally find my military dwarves drowned in the moat, on the other side of my outer wall. I thought they were climbing up and jumping off the wall but there are constructed fortifications up there with no floor to climb up to.

I made the barracks area smaller recently so it doesn't include the area near the wall. Let's hope that works.

in df2014 dwarves and marksdwarves can and will jump through fortification , falling to the other side for no real reason, as they can do that even when none shoot them.
It's very bad if you count on your marksdwarves stationned on a wall behind fortifications to stay there and shoot instead of jumping through the fortifications, then down the wall and wait for their incoming death :
