OOC thread is here.Sorry for the delay. Had to do some lorebuilding for the Seas and Oceans. Didn't expect anyone to do underwater things. Fleshed it out now though.
Have fun~
This is gonna hurt me as much as you when you read this
Age: 3
Species: A chakora. Basically a blue-ish partridge that had a crescent-shaped mark on it's belly, that was vaguely reminiscent of the moon in various stages of waxing and waning. It was said the fuller a chakora's mark is, the more potential it had. The average longevity of a chakora is much, much longer than partridges and regular birds in general, averaging at around 17-18. Unlike the chakora's cousins, they freely nested upon trees, both high and low. This, along with their natural marking, led to tales being spun of them by more.. easily impressed partridges that they lived on the beams of the moon and ate of moonlight. This directly led to them developing a 'Holier Than Thou' attitude. This directly led to their grounded cousins to band together and rise up against them.. literally. Now, it has been many years since the chakoras have been hunted down, and they are still tense when with other birds, especially other partridges, as their numbers are still but a fraction of a fraction of what it once was.
Sex: Saka is a female.
Gender: Saka will be attracted to men when she is older.
Physical Power: Osteokinesis (Bone Manipulation)
Mental Power: Sonokinesis (Sound Manipulation)
Physical Power Level: Wanderer
Mental Power Level: Peasant
Walker: Nope
Description: As a warrior in training, she wears a headress with three blue feathers, two copper rings on the side and across all of the feathers is painted a crescent moon.
Personality: Saka can be described as mostly naive, she would have been much more hopeful but her harsh training has had the hopefulness slowly.. wane. As she is pained whenever she uses her powers of bone manipulation(as ripping out one of your spines to attack someone is quite painful), She has developed a high-pain tolerance. Otherwise.. she is still in the process of figuring out who she is.
Her tribe lives hidden in the forest, not many an explorer has come there, and any that do are quickly promised not to leak information.. at spear and swordpoint. She does not know her father is, as any eggs are simply given to the nurser(She, and all of her other tribesmates' last names is the name of the tribe). Her closest family she knows of is her twin brother Anaka, information she got by a combination of her constant pestering of the nurser and her 'moonmark', as it is called. Yes, the mark on her belly is nothing less than a complete circle, or a full moon. A mark said to be only had by descendants of the chief (who would know who their father is).. or by great heroes. As soon as the nurser discovered this mark, she told the chief, and they agreed to hide her away from the tribesmen, and to only reveal her at the age of 5, when she would undoubtedly by then be a great warrior. Saka was assigned a loyal master, and began her training at the age of 2.5.
Her training was harsh, but it showed she was, in fact, proving to have about as much potential as expected. By now she had the ability to have spines erupt from her back and (with a lot of concentration) have them burst out of her back. Her second power has yet to be discovered, but if it were she would be able to adjust the volume of sounds coming from her, or, if she's quick enough, other people.

You've been enjoying a relatively relaxing day. You were given the day off on account of a.. Mishap during training, You maaaaaaaay have pulled a bit too much of your spine out. Obviously this caused some issues.
And pain.
You need to regrow your the lower part of your spine over the next few days, letting the nerves reconnect and the tendons heal. This isn't the first time you've accidentally done this, nor is this going to be the last time. Generally whenever you accidentally do this, Teacher gives you a day off. The rest of your 'sickdays' are spent having you go through a series of exercises in an effort to figure out what your Mental ability is. Although you have yet to find it, even after going through a rather large number of tests. You'll figure it out though. Just need some time.
You have the day to yourself for now however. You can't really move around too much on account of missing your lower spine, but you can most certainly read, draw, think at things and hope they spontaneously burst into flames, and do a fairly large assortment of things that don't involve moving too far from your current spot.
..Oh Bind you're going to be so bored.

You were hired by a relatively influential noble to steal an artifact from one of her rivals. It seemed like a simple job. Actually, it was pretty damn simple.
You literally waltzed right in. Nobody noticed. Nobody ever notices. Which is exactly how you like it. You even got to the chamber with the artifact. However.. You're in sort of a pickle. You can't quite.. Fit through the door. You're stuck. Your bulk has thwarted you once again. Eventually someone will come to check on the artifact, and although people tend to turn their heads to the elephant in the room.. They'll notice if you're directly in their path.
You need to get unstuck. Fast.
Name: Braskus Grassroots
Age: 4
Species: Padfoot, a Mythic black dog of incredible power, it is warned by the sound of dragging chains behind it, in my case, these are long fleshy cables extending from all parts of it's body like Hair, and textured with white circles.
Gender: Male
Sex: Male
Physical Power: Body part specific (Cables) Regeneration
Mental Power: Terrakinesis
Physical Power Level: Merchant if possible, his cables work both like a detachable tail, and a weapon, so regrowth is a must, and possibly lengthening as well.
Mental Power Level: Peasant
Are you a Walker: No
Few things of the old world remain, and Braskus is one of the last. The mythic power of the Padfoot has been laid low, generations of slow but increasing weakness have doomed the once mighty monster as a race. His own Mother Died only 2 years after his birth, leaving him to wander, and so he has, never having met another sapient being, he is unaware that they can even exist. He knows nothing of his own heritage and power as well, a fact he once hoped to remedy, but with no leads or traces of his people, he has long since given up on this dream.

You are not having a pleasant day. It started off great. You encountered a nice prey animal and ate part of it. Was quite good.
In the middle of your meal however, a massive creature, at least three times your size came barreling out of the underbrush at you, roaring loudly. In your panic, you forgot your nice meal, bolting in a random direction. You have been traveling for a few darks now. Although you think you evaded the creature, forest seems.. Angry with your presence. You haven't seen a prey animal for over two darks, and you're getting quite hungry.
..You swear the trees are glaring at you.
[spoiler=Because I'm unoriginal, EXPYTIME]Name: Amata (she also goes by Ammy) Rassu
Age: Two years.
Species: Wolf.
Sex: Female.
Gender: Also female.
Physical Power: Ammy can set herself on fire from the markings she has on her body.
Mental Power: A strange form of aquakinesis. It affects water, but it is much more effective when using water containing with other substances, such as a polluted river or waste liquids. (Yes, it works on soup.) It might work on blood as well, but she hasn't tried that yet.
Physical Power Level: Peasant
Mental Power Level: Merchant
Are you a Walker? Noep.
Description. The wing-like objects on her forelegs are decorative, almost like bracelets. Ammy tends to wear a full-body cloak so she can dramatically tear it off when she wants to use her powers. A strange fact is that her markings are usually not visible, but appear and grow more intense as she uses either power. They otherwise do nothing.
Personality: Ammy has a good heart and is unusually lovable, but she can be lazy and even arrogant. She enjoys helping those who need it but is very opinionated at times.

You have been lounging under a fairly shady tree for a few ticks. A few sprints duskward are the Dawnshadow Wastes. You while you were playing a game of explorer with a few other local adolescents, you maaaay have agreed to track down a 'monster' that apparently killed some livestock and spooked a farmer. It fled towards the Wastes according to the farmer.
If you recall, The Dawnshadow Wastes are unsettled and have been so for at least an age. They are a polluted, withered land. Malevolence radiates from even the plants, and although they grow, they aren't exactly alive by any given definition.
You should probably get moving. Farmer promised payment if you could locate its den for the Guard.
Here we go, probably made some mistakes and definitely needs more work. But what do you think?
[spoiler]Name: Axa
Age: 15
Species: Leopard seal
Sex: Female
Gender: Female/Indifferent
Physical Power: Speed
Mental Power: Charm
Physical Power Level: Merchant
Mental Power Level: Wanderer
Are you a Walker. No
Description: Axa is a large seal, though not overly so for her kind. She is dressed minimally, as too many accoutriments slow one down in the water, wearing a single, streamlined leather pouch around her neck.
Personality: A curious and restless one, Axa roams the coasts and seas of the world, collecting tales and songs, a sort of traveling bard if you will. She searches for good conversation, good food, good company, and all around good times, and prefers to be ever on the move. She's never seen another of her species, but it's not something she often thinks about.

You have been wandering the Shallows for some time. Having left your Tribe about five dozen Tides ago to go wandering. For the most part, those you have encountered have been pleasant, if uninterested or busy. You have told your tales and learned the tales of others. You have a number of tales now compared to the scant few you once had. However. Songs have proven.. Difficult to say the least. Many sapients that dwell within the Shallows lack even the capability to produce music. No appendages, no vocal cords.
However.. As you were swimming near the Incline earlier, you heard a most interesting song wafting up from the Depths. Perhaps you should go and see? Although there are stories about the Depths.. They are said to be quite dangerous. Sometimes, creatures from the Abyss get pulled upwards by a wayward current..
Those stories never end well.
