Could you rephrase the question, I can't even tell what you're asking.

Are you asking if attribute levels affect how long it takes dwarfs to perform tasks? If that is what you're asking then the answer is yes and no; while attributes do directly affect certain tasks, the sucess and speed at which tasks are performed is usually determined by skill levels

What I mean is do attributes affect the speed it takes for a task to complete like building a door, if not what are the effects of attributes on labours.

I believe attributes normally affect the quality of produced goods. Though I don't know if there's ever been testing. Back when agility affected speed which meant the speed of everything, agility would increase the speed of all tasks. I guess you could probably test this. Get one dwarf with low attributes for weaponsmithing, then get a dwarf from the military (militaty trains several atteibutes used in weaponsmithing) with high attributes for weaponsmithing. Then time the exact time they take to make an identical weapon starting as soon as they walk into the workshop with the last material.

Agility/strength are still relevant for jobs involving moving stuff (the former increasing base move speed, the latter reducing the penalty from the weight of carried items), IIRC. Other than that, I'm not aware of any detailed info about them.
