I'm... confused by your statement?
Very lame joke, it was a sign of agreement.

You misspelled seance.  Are possessing Draignean?  Are you actually a ghost in the shell? You have to tell us if you are, that's the rule

Hey there, folks. I've been working on a videogame recently about Prime Minister David Cameron ordering 90% of Britain to be murdered. And I need your help with it! The videogame, not the murder.

I decided to make the protagonist a transman.

Just browsing the forum, having not been here for a while. I don't have any advice to offer, but your combination of David Cameron, probably the most LGBTQ Tory PM in history (which admittedly isn't saying much, but he did push through Gay Marriage and advocates for other LGBTQ causes), and a trans protagonist is interesting for the conflict it potentially provides.

I do think your premise is flawed. Removing 90% of the population means the new 1% would be the old 0.1% and Cameron would be going from top 2-3% to just above median. Doesn't seem very self-serving. Politics is very much about being self-serving, which the naive may misinterpret as sociopathy. Actual sociopathy is reserved for business and they need customers, so a cull isn't helpful to them.

All that said, I'm not averse to your 90% cull idea.

I think his worry was more about character concept stuffs before fleshing out the story. I think?

Indeed. I want to make sure that the character concept is sound before I flesh out the main story. It's mostly done, though, but a few things need tinkering.
The cull (Or the Final Austerity, as ServantCorp delightfully nicknamed it) isn't just a general wipeout. The 90% are considered worthless and unlikely to vote for the Tory party (This takes place a while before the last election. Oh, how certain it seemed they would be voted out) and the remaining 10% are the ones most likely to vote Tory. Of course, anyone would vote conservative if this happened and outright rebellion/fleeing wasn't an option.
There is something a little deeper to this, but you'll have to play the game to find out.

I'll be making a thread as soon as I get a working prototype going. I've got everything related to the player down, I just need to flesh out the enemies some more.
