This time, I'll ask this question without sounding like a total jackass. Can anyone tell me how I can edit(messing around with files or using utilities) to increase the attribute cap for JUST my adventurer without having to increase the cap for an entire race?

I have checked the wiki but the information I wanted was nowhere to be seen. I've heard of utilities like runesmith but I couldn't find a updated version.

Also, how do I check the exact values of my adventurer's attributes?

DFHack. I'm not sure about caps, but using DFHack it is possible to set attributes to whatever value you want regardless of caps. I don't know detailed instructions off the top of my head, but that's the utility you're looking for.
