Aditional functionality in adventurer mode

Hey there. This is my first post so be nice. please

On topic. I played adventure more often that fortress mode and i see lacking features what would make this mode funnier.

1. Adventurers are not manually impaired! >:(
This is racism if only dwarfs can make things.
how many times i wondered how could useful this would be.
I would like this to be able in vanilla because i dont see a reason why not

2. Dumb interactions with doors. :o
In short doors only obscure view and dont do anything useful.
You cant hold door or slam in into some1 face. additionally i never meet a locked door.
I would like door to have more interactions

3. Taking prisoners are forbidden! ???
I just meet a elver with funny name and he yield. He didnt have nothing but wooden sword. I wished that i could take him with me like slave from town. but i couldn't. and i never meet him again. :'(

Adventure mode is awesome but lacks some features.

Some of those things are covered by advfort, some can be done with interactions, you could roleplay something like using Rumrusher's trick of adding the "invoke true name" option to the chat to be taking a prisoner.

Sliding things around though, not sure how to work that with the engine.
